Enrobe your wafers, biscuits, cakes or miscellaneous candies with caramel by using Caramenrob.

By the virtue of its special design, Caramenrob does not change the viscosity of caramel and it can run non-stop for long time.

On account of its smart system, Caramenrob is highly user friendly. Besides, it protects itself from operator errors. It communicates with all other arcan machines and runs synchronously with them. System is designed to be compatible for remote connection and maintenance.

After the enrobing process, products can either be transferred directly to the cooling tunnel or they can be cooled subsequent to being garnished and enriched with nuts or puffed rice. All dry ingredient coating process is fully automatic and man power is not essential.

Caramel cooling tunnel is designed for the necessities of caramel enrobed products and it has technical features that differ from standard cooling tunnels.
