Cooling drums provides the opportunity to feed the cooked mass into the hopper without the need for precooling. Both cooling and forming process is fulfilled by one machine.

Through the easy usage principle of the line, you can adjust the nougat and caramel thicknesses and change the ingredients even during the production.

Due to the factor that no pressure or force is used on the mass during forming process, cooling drums does not change the form or specific weight of aerated nougat or pressure-sensitive cereals.

We are using our slab bar machine, which has precooling drums, in order to sheet up to 15mm thick caramel slab including all preferred flavors.

With its simple but effective design, tool-less and easy adjustment feature, switching from one product to another is quite easy.

By means of optional calibration drums, you can easily switch to cereal bar production.  Apart from that, with servo option you can adjust the slab thickness from the touchscreen and insert your thickness parameter in your recipe.

If required, you can also use our slab bar former as an extruder with an addition of a special designed comb.
